The Team

One team, one commitment.

Behind every notarial deed there is far more than the work of one professional.

There is a team of people who work together every day with a shared objective: providing clients with legal certainty, personal attention and rigorous professional support at every stage of their matter.

Although the Italian Notary remains personally responsible for every legal decision and every deed executed before him, the quality of a modern notarial practice also depends upon the people who prepare, organise and support each transaction. Every member of the Studio contributes specialised knowledge and practical experience, allowing even the most complex matters to be managed efficiently while maintaining the personal attention that every client deserves.

A Team Built Over Time

Professional competence cannot be improvised. It is built through years of shared experience, mutual trust and thousands of matters handled together.

Most members of the Studio have worked alongside me for well over twenty years. This long-standing collaboration has created a working environment based on continuity, stability and a common professional language developed through daily practice rather than formal procedures alone.

Clients are therefore not assisted by isolated professionals working independently, but by a cohesive team that knows each other's methods, anticipates practical difficulties and contributes to the coordinated handling of each matter under the Notary's legal responsibility.

Over the years I have come to realise that one of the greatest strengths of a professional practice is not simply technical expertise, but the ability of its people to work together with mutual confidence and a shared sense of responsibility.

Our People

The People of the Studio

The collaborators who, in coordination with the Notary, handle matters at both offices.

Office — Casale Monferrato

Six collaborators work at the historic office in Via Alessandro Della Rovere 2, where the majority of the Studio's matters are handled.

Each collaborator has developed specific professional expertise while retaining an overall view of the organisation. This makes it possible to guarantee operational continuity even during the busiest periods, or when one member of the team is absent, so that the client experiences no delay or discontinuity.

  • Sonia Castagnone Sonia Castagnone Front office, first contact with clients, scheduling of appointments, identification of the parties and assistance during the initial stage of each matter.
  • Silvia Musso Silvia Musso Administration, invoicing, document management and the administrative organisation of the Studio.
  • Margherita Patrucco Margherita Patrucco Drafting of notarial deeds and assistance in the preparation of matters.
  • Claudia Todeschino Claudia Todeschino Drafting of notarial deeds, with particular experience in company law.
  • Michela Balbis Michela Balbis Drafting of notarial deeds and the handling of property and succession matters.
  • Graziella Iellamo Graziella Iellamo Post-completion formalities, tax registrations, entries in the Land Registers, cadastral transfers and activities relating to property registration.

Secondary Office — San Maurizio d'Opaglio

The secondary office, on Lake Orta, is a point of reference for clients in the Cusio and Upper Novara areas, with particular attention to property and succession matters.

  • Sara Lugli Sara Lugli Drafting of deeds, declarations of succession and assistance to clients in the local area.

One Matter, One Coordinated Team

Matters are handled through a coordinated working method, with responsibilities distributed according to the nature and complexity of the transaction.

The Notary retains personal responsibility for the legal assessment of the transaction and for every notarial deed received, while remaining directly involved in the consultations and decisions that require notarial evaluation.

Alongside the Notary, experienced collaborators coordinate the preparation of documents, deed drafting, inheritance matters, company law transactions, cadastral and Land Registry formalities, tax compliance, administration and client assistance.

Each professional has developed particular areas of expertise, while maintaining sufficient knowledge of the entire workflow to ensure continuity whenever necessary.

Clients therefore do not experience separate departments or fragmented responsibilities. They experience one Studio.

Information is shared internally, responsibilities are coordinated and every matter remains under continuous supervision from the first consultation to the completion of the transaction.

Continuous Learning as a Working Method

The law changes continuously, but so do clients' expectations, technology and the organisation of professional services.

For this reason, professional development within the Studio is not limited to compulsory continuing education. It forms part of our ordinary working method.

It is unusual for a week to pass without the team meeting to discuss legislative developments, recent case law, practical issues arising from current matters or possible improvements to the organisation of the office and the quality of the service provided to clients.

Knowledge is shared internally because legal certainty depends not only upon individual competence but also upon collective understanding.

Every significant legal development becomes an opportunity to learn together, compare different approaches and continually improve the way we work.

Supporting International Clients

International transactions require more than legal knowledge. They require coordination between different legal systems, different languages and often different expectations regarding the role of the Notary.

While I personally conduct consultations in English and French and prepare bilingual notarial deeds whenever Italian law permits, the members of the Studio coordinate every practical aspect of the transaction, including document collection, communication with foreign clients and professionals, appointment scheduling and administrative organisation.

This integrated approach allows international clients to communicate with confidence throughout every stage of their transaction while ensuring that the legal aspects remain under the direct supervision of the Notary.

A Recognition That Belongs to the Entire Team

Perhaps the clearest confirmation of the value of this collaborative approach comes from the people we assist.

Over the years, many international clients who have shared their experience of the Studio have chosen to mention not only the Notary but also individual members of the team by name, recognising their professionalism, kindness, efficiency and availability throughout the transaction.

To me, this is one of the most meaningful forms of recognition.

It confirms that clients do not perceive the quality of our work as the achievement of one individual, but as the result of a group of professionals working together with the same standards of competence, care and personal commitment.

I have always believed that trust is built collectively.

Every member of the Studio contributes to that trust every day, and this shared commitment is a central feature of the way the Studio assists clients in matters involving important personal, family or business decisions.

Client reviews

Several reviews mention the members of the Firm by name: it is the most direct feedback on the work of the team, not only on the individual deed.
